Your driver will pick you up from your hotel or chosen location and take you to Taiwan’s Taoyuan International Airport (TPE).   ・Service Hours: 7:00am - 9:59pm (an additional fee of NT$200 will be charged if you require transfer service beyond service hours)
  ・Meeting Point: Taipei City, New Taipei City, or Taoyuan International Airport

  ・Pick-Up Time: your driver will arrive at the pick-up spot 3 hrs prior to the departure time of your flight. Driver's info and license plate number will be sent by "Messages" before 8:00pm(GMT+8) on the day prior to departure
  ・Waiting Time: A grace period of 30 mins will apply for hotel pick-up (i.e. for pick-up time of 2:00pm at the hotel, your driver will wait for you until 2:30pm). If you do not arrive within 30 mins, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit service without refund

  ・Pick-Up Time: the drivers will be waiting at your flight arrival time, holding a sign with your name
  ・Waiting Time: A grace period of 90 mins will apply for airport pick-up (i.e. for pick-up time of 2:00pm at the airport, your driver will wait for you until 3:30pm). If you do not arrive within 90 mins, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit service without refund
  ・Early arrivals: Driver will wait 90 minutes beginning from the updated time of landing
  ・Late arrivals: If within one hour of original arrival time, your driver will wait 90 minutes beginning from the updated time of landing
  ・If your flight delays over 1 hr, please contact 83Cars customer service to rearrange your transfer service. If no rearrangement can be made, we will provide you a full refund

  ・No surcharge will be applied for the following districts:
  - Taipei City: Zhongzheng District, Datong District, Zhongshan District, Songshan District, Daan District, Wanhua District, Xinyi District, Neihu District, Nangang District, Wenshan District (except for mountain area), Shilin District (except for mountain area), Beitou District (except for Yangmingshan area)
  - New Taipei City: Banqiao District, Yonghe District, Zhonghe District, Tucheng District, Sanxia District (except for mountain area), Shulin District, Yingge District, Sanchong District, Xinzhuang District, Taishan District, Linkou District, Luzhou District, Wugu District, Bali District, Neighborhood of Xindian Interchange
  ・There will be additional charges for the following destinations:
  - NT$300: Shilin District (mountain area), Tamsui (except for Shalun), Maokong, Xizhi. Shenkeng, Xindian, Bitan, Ankeng, Wenshan District (mountain area), Beitou (mountain area)
  - NT$600: Yangmingshan, Wulai, Shalun, Wudu, Ruifang, Jiufeng, Keelung
  - NT$1,200: Wanli, Jinshan (including Tien Lai Hotel on Yang Ming Mountain), Shiding, Pingxi, Sanzhi, Sanxia District (mountain area)
  - NT$2,000: Shuangxi, Gonglia
  ・Children under the age of 4 are required by Taiwanese law to use child seats; failure to do so will result in the service being void, and refunds will not be granted
  ・For multiple stops within the same district, an additional fee of NT$100 per stop will be applied; for multiple stops in different districts, an additional fee of NT$200 - NT$1000 will be applied. Exact fees will be printed on the voucher
  ・Please note that 1 car seat occupies 1 seat
  ・For travelers with airport pick-up, in the event that 90 mins of waiting time is exceeded and the driver is still willing to proceed with pick-up service (30 mins for airport drop-off), additional fees of NT$300 - NT$500 will apply for additional waiting, to be paid on-site directly to the driver

  ・Please select your flight arrival/departure time based on a 24-hour clock or notify us of your preferred pick-up time in the "Note" section when booking
  ・Booking time slots are for reference only. The actual pick-up time is subject to your flight departure/arrival time
  ・If you wish to be picked up at another terminal different from the designated arrival terminal of your flight, please notify in the "Note" section when booking. Surcharge of NT$100 applies if changes in pick-up point are made on-site. Fees are to be paid directly to the driver
